Medovra doesn't take patient payments. It's a booking and clinic-management app. "Billing history" means your clinic's own records of services and fees. Payments between you and your patients stay as they are today.
WhatsApp: included, with fair use
Patients book on WhatsApp in a few taps (branch, doctor, date, time, confirm), and get WhatsApp confirmations. Reminders go by WhatsApp, SMS or email: outside WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window, they're sent by SMS or email instead.

- Monthly allowance: 2,000 WhatsApp messages/month in India, and 1,000 WhatsApp messages/month on international plans.
- Fair use, no overage fees. If your clinic regularly needs more, we'll talk to you first. You won't get a surprise bill.
How the free 14-day pilot works
- We set it up for you. Tell us your doctors, hours and services. We set up your clinic and connect WhatsApp and AI for you, for one location.
- You use it for 14 days, free. Take real bookings and see how your team and patients like it. Message volumes are capped during the pilot.
- Decide. If you continue, your first month is ₹999 + 18% GST in India or $29 internationally. After that, your plan price applies. If not, you pay nothing, and we'll export or delete your pilot data as you ask.
No card needed. Medovra doesn't take payments in the app; we send an invoice only if you decide to continue.
FAQs
- How am I billed, and how do I pay?
- You're billed monthly (there's no annual billing). Medovra doesn't process payments in the app; we send you an invoice each month. Clinics in India pay by UPI (preferred) or bank transfer. Clinics outside India pay by bank transfer against the invoice.
- Are prices inclusive of GST?
- No. Medovra is GST-registered, and Indian prices are shown before GST: ₹999 + 18% GST for the first month, then ₹1,999/month + 18% GST. Your invoice shows the GST separately.
- What happens after the free pilot?
- If you want to keep going, your first month is ₹999 + 18% GST in India or $29 internationally, and then your plan price applies. If you don't, just tell us. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
- Is WhatsApp extra?
- No. WhatsApp booking, plus WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders, are included in every plan: 2,000 messages/month in India and 1,000 messages/month internationally, under fair use. There are no overage fees. If you regularly need more, we'll talk to you first.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Tell us at any time and we'll stop at the end of your current monthly billing period. Founding prices (₹1,999/month + 18% GST in India, $49/month abroad) stay locked for 12 months, not for life, and only while your subscription continues.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. Your clinic's data belongs to you. Ask us any time and we'll export it for you, including when you leave.
- Do the AI features send data to OpenAI?
- Yes. The AI features (prescription screening, the patient-history summary, and the AI chat if enabled) send the relevant data, such as the prescription photo or the patient's past visit records, to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI may process it outside India. Your clinic can switch the AI features off at any time; everything else keeps working.
- Where is my data stored?
- On the standard plans, Medovra runs on a shared server in India, with each clinic's data kept separate. If you need your own separate setup, choose Private deployment.
- Do you charge per doctor or per branch?
- Prices are per clinic, with no limit on doctors or appointments. For multiple branches, contact us for pricing.
