On your online booking link, the patient picks the branch, then sees only the doctors who consult there and only the days they're available. The same happens when patients book on WhatsApp, which is included in every plan: the first menu is the list of branches, followed by that branch's doctors and dates.

This means fewer wrong-branch arrivals and fewer calls asking "Is Doctor sitting at your Kothrud clinic today?". The answer is already in the booking flow.

Branch-level staff access

Running several centres means several front desks. Medovra gives each person access suited to their role:

• Owner / admin: sees every branch, every doctor and every report
• Receptionists: handle appointments, walk-ins and patient registration. You can assign receptionists to the branches they work at
• Doctors: see their own appointments and patient history, complete visits and write prescriptions

Branch-specific pricing

Rents, catchment areas and doctors vary from branch to branch, and so can prices. Medovra lets you set a service price for a particular branch, or for a particular doctor at a particular branch. When no specific price is set, it falls back to the department price and then to the base price. A consultation can cost one amount at your city-centre branch and another at a suburban centre, and the right fee is applied automatically, without the receptionist needing to remember a price list.

Compare branches with revenue reports

Medovra's revenue analytics give you a branch-wise clinic revenue report without anyone adding up the numbers. In one dashboard you can see:

• Total revenue, number of appointments and average revenue per appointment
• Revenue by branch, doctor, department and service
